Because of his experience helping his grandfather hear again, Randy has a profound understanding of the huge impact that hearing loss can have on relationships. He has made his primary goal to provide the best hearing aids in Hawaii.

Dr. Darrow, Director of Treatment, holds a Ph.D. from a joint Harvard Medical and M.I.T. program focused on Speech and Hearing Bioscience and Technology. Having Trouble Hearing the Moments That Matter?

Hearing difficulties can come from different parts of the ear. Issues in the outer or middle ear are often classified as conductive hearing loss, while problems within the inner ear, or how the brain interprets sound, are considered sensorineural hearing loss. Each type stems from different causes and benefits from its own targeted approach to care.

If you’re noticing changes in your hearing, the best first step is meeting with one of our experienced hearing professionals. During your consultation, we’ll listen to your concerns, complete a thorough evaluation, and guide you toward solutions that support clearer hearing and a more connected life.

Hearing a Ringing No One Else Can Hear?

A constant ringing, buzzing, or humming in your ears may be a sign of tinnitus, a common condition that affects countless individuals. It can occur in one ear or both, and while the sound is only heard internally, the effects can spill into everyday life, making it difficult to focus, unwind, or simply enjoy quiet surroundings.

Tinnitus doesn’t yet have a cure, but there are ways to lessen its impact. Our team will help identify what may be contributing to your symptoms and guide you toward treatment options aimed at reducing the noise, easing the irritation, and helping you feel more at ease and in control.
